Katherine Worsley made the deadline for the Kraft Hockeyville contest and now must wait to see if our entry is chosen as one of the winners.
Kraft Hockeyville and CBC in house judges will now deliberate on the 227 nominations they received.
There are 28 nominations in the Pacific Region which is the region we fall under. The judges will make their decisions based on the criteria in the rules and regulations and on Mar. 3, on Hockey Night in Canada, will announce the three winners from each region.
The public will then be able to go in and vote for their favorites from Mar. 4-6 and Katherine is hoping that Lake Cowichan will be one of those three.
