Cost of living rising

I would like to know what the government expects the lower income families to do about finding reasonable rents; gas prices are unacceptable, groceries go up. The income for welfare, pensions etc. don’t go up and the cost of living keeps on rising.

We as pensioners are getting an eviction notice soon, and where are we expected to find reasonable lodging, under the bridge with the other homeless population? They should have put a cap on rental units long ago. Take from the poor and give to the rich.

Our government, as far as I’m concerned they look after themselves and the hell with the rest of the world. There is no reason that I can see why they can’t take the carbon tax off and give us all a break. We are paying the highest gas prices in B.C. because we live on an island.
