It is with sadness we announce the sudden passing of Virginia after a short illness.
Virginia was predeceased by her mother Diny.
Left to cherish her memory are: her husband Peter, son Scott (Danielle), daughters Amanda and Olivia, granddaughters Michaela and Aubree, father Nick (Carol), sister Trudy, nephews Mike, Chris, and Joe and many friends.
Virginia was born and raised in the Cowichan Valley where her smiling face was always a welcome sight at the many bars she worked at. Family and friends were always very important to her as well as her love of camping.
Please raise a glass of Blue & Clamato in memory of Virginia. She will be very dearly missed by her loving family and friends.
A Celebration of Virginia’s Life will be held on October 24, 2010 at the Aggie Hall, First Ave, Ladysmith, BC from 1pm - 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
