It is with deep sadness that we must announce the passing of Martha Joan Rich. She left peacefully on the morning of August 6, leaving behind her beloved husband and best friend of 55 years, Don. Joan was well known in Lake Cowichan and loved by all. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends and neighbours. To celebrate her life there will be a service at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 2704 James Street, Duncan at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 17, 2005.
