Sadly passed away at Cowichan District Hospital on October 14, 2010.
He is survived by his wife Doreen of 53 years, daughters Debbie, Susan and Wendy, granddaughters Megan ‘Matilda’ and Jessie ‘Polyanna’, sisters Beth and Nell, and nephews Donald, Richard and Robert.
Ken served in the Armed Forces for 27 years and loved to tell navy stories. He was an avid gardener and fisherman. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. We love you dad.
A special thanks to Dr. Phillip Kerswell, all the nurses for their loving care as well as Val and Susan.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #210, Lake Cowichan on November 6, 2010, at 1100 hours.
