Born in Geleen, Holland on October 10, 1926, he leaves his loving wife, Yvonne, his sister Helena, nieces and nephews. He was past Master of Coronation Lodge #151 and a member of Cowichan Valley Shrine Club.
Thank you to the nurses and support staff of Acacia Ty Mawr, Cowichan Lodge, Cowichan District Hospital and especially to Dr. Froese for all their excellent care and attention to Jan.
