Reminder; All candidates meeting for CVRD Area I and School District

The public is reminded that the Cowichan Lake District Chamber of Commerce will be hosting  moderator lead all candidates meetings in the next week.

Wednesday, November 9th for the School Board, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm at the Upper Centennial Hall, 309 South Shore Road, Lake Cowichan and Monday, November 14th for CVRD Area I, 6:00pm – 8:30pm at the Youbou Hall, 8550 Hemlock Road, Youbou. Due to time frames, these will not be an open forum, but will be a moderator lead forum.

This will be your opportunity to address your concerns and hear the candidates.

The deadline for submission of questions has passed.

Advance Polls are Wednesday, November 9th and Tuesday, November 15th from 8:00am.- 8:00pm. at Island Savings Centre, 2678 James Street, Duncan and at the Town of Lake Cowichan Municipal office, 39 South Shore Road, Lake Cowichan where you can also vote on the referendum; “Do you want the Town to continue with the fluoridation of the drinking water supply.”
