The fireman’s boot was full of cash and the shopping basket full of donations of food as Lake Cowichan folks came out Saturday, April 6 to enjoy the annual fundraising hockey game for the food bank.
Lake Cowichan’s Midget Lakers faced off against the Lake Cowichan Fire Department in a hard fought but cheerful game that included plenty of goals.
