Giant rotating ice disk forms in Maine river

Ice disk that is roughly 100 yards wide has formed in the Presumpscot River

A spinning ice disk that is roughly 100 yards wide has formed in the Presumpscot River near Portland, Maine. Westbrook city officials say it’s believed to have formed naturally in a part of the river where the current creates a whirlpool.
