Report those not following hunting regulations

In the past few months, I have noticed articles regarding hunting. According to hunting regulations, it is not legal for anyone to use a firearm with a single projectile (read rifle) east of the main island power line. Anyone seen doing this should be reported to conservation officers, as it is a danger to all.
