People driving over speed limits causing crashes
ICBC [is charging] another 6.3 per cent increase in our car insurance again because they can’t manage the payouts for their throwaway cars.
I realized accidents are accidents, but why do people get a brand new car each time, when the older vehicles outlast these?
People nowadays have to drive over the speed limits, causing a lot of these crashes; the people who obey the speed limit are penalized for the idiots who pay no attention to posted speed limits.
What we need here is highway patrol as the RCMP are overworked in crimes etc., to be able to catch these speedsters. We live close to the TCH between Bench Road and Koksilah Road and watch these morons fly by our place.
In order for the CEOs of ICBC to make their $1 million a year they have to increase everyone’s insurance premiums. Maybe it’s time to gbo back to private insurance, give them some competition.
