No borders on CO2 spread

Saskatchewan’s Moe and Scheer argue that the carbon tax is on a mineral and that is a provincial jurisdiction and they are right.

That is, until that natural resource drifts across their boarders, then it becomes a national and an international concern. There are no political boundaries that stop CO2 and other gasses from drifting.

Moe and Scheer can take all the court action they want and win, or not; the gas produced will spread around the Canada and the world. Therefore a carbon tax should go.
