NDP terrible across the country

In the last B.C. provincial election in 2017, the B.C. Liberal party won a minority government, but with the three elected B.C. Green party MLAs aligning their support with the B.C. NDP party, the NDP became the B.C. government in a minority situation. All signs are leading to B.C. having a general provincial election in May of 2020. Taxpayers will have to take a long hard look as to see if voting NDP is a good policy. Why?

The NDP party in Alberta was a one term government only, losing government in 2019, going from 52 seats in the legislature down to 24.

The NDP party in Saskatchewan lost government in 2003 and has remained in opposition status since, being defeated as government.

The NDP party in Manitoba lost government in 2016 and has remained in opposition status since, being defeated as government.

The NDP party in Ontario lost government in 1995 and was only a one term government and has remained in opposition status now for 25 years.

Quebec, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick, have never elected a provincial NDP MLA.

Newfoundland has three elected NDP MLAs out of a total of 40 seats in their legislature.

The NDP party in Nova Scotia lost government in 2013, and was only a one term government. The Nova Scotia NDP party now sits as the third party in the Nova Scotia legislature.

There is no consumer affairs publications on which provincial governments you should vote for, but these facts about the NDP party across Canada should suffice as a consumer affairs opinion.

The present B.C. NDP minority government has now increased present taxes and introduced new ones for a total of 23 times.

Voting for an NDP government, will just make more opportunity for the NDP to increase this total of tax increases which will only affect the taxpayers’ own pocketbook.

Taxpayers in the other nine provinces have done their homework and have voiced the opinion that an NDP government is not recommended.

B.C. taxpayers when making a personal purchase do read consumer affairs reporting as to which make of product is best, and now will have to do the same if voting for the NDP is the right idea or not.

Unbelievable!
