Woman stops to help with tire blowout
On Tuesday, Sept. 28, I was driving towards town, crossing the bridge near Allenby Road. My rear right tire hit the bridge concrete and blew out the sidewall of my rear right tire. I pulled over and a lovely lady stopped to help. She was on her lunch break from Pacific Energy Fireplace Factory to go let her dog out. She called to her work for help, then got down in the dirt and started changing my tire; she was near finished when help arrived.
I thanked her and she said, just pay it forward. I went on my way to visit my husband in long term care, who had a stroke the night before. She was my angel that day and I would like to thank her publicly and say that Pacific Energy has some kind and wonderful employees. Bless them.
