Public needs an education on e-scooters
I recently purchased an e-scooter. According to the police, someone riding an e-scooter must follow the same rules of the road as bicycles. Amongst other things, I am not allowed to ride on sidewalks. However, when riding my e-scooter on the road, someone had the temerity to holler at me from their truck, that I should be on the sidewalk. Please educate yourselves. E-scooters are here to stay and gaining in popularity. My intention is to commute to work on it.
