Why not this headline? “37 more old-growth trees felled as arrests continue”
To be clear: ancient trees that have taken 120 of our lifetimes to grow are currently being cut down every day at an astounding rate.
What madness possesses our leaders and captains of industry to think that this massive destruction of our ecosystem is anything but abhorrent, totally unnecessary, irresponsible and very, very sad?
