Editor: A much appreciated thank you to all the volunteers and participants in our Cowichan Lake Terry Fox Run, Sunday, September 11. Our local Retreads Hiking Club organized the Run with 51 participants and 34 volunteers raising a total of $1,671.62 for cancer research.
It was an extremely exciting and emotional day with the response our club received.
Last year, the Terry Fox Run was cancelled.
We can all feel proud in helping to keep Terry Fox's dream alive at Cowichan Lake!
