Foster is correct when it comes to media reporting election results

First off, let me be perfectly clear, I don’t give a rat’s backside who won the U.S. election.

Foster is correct when it comes to media reporting election results

I have to scratch my head as to what has set off Robert T. Rock in a tirade in reference to Perry Foster’s published letter “Is media usurping government authority”.(“Foster’s attack on the 5th Estate horrifying”)

I read Foster’s letter a number of times, and I sure didn’t come to the conclusion that Foster was upset with the results of the U.S. election. As a matter of fact I totally agree with the points Foster has made when it comes to the media.

First off, let me be perfectly clear, I don’t give a rat’s backside who won the U.S. election. However, I do care that the media “reported” the winner before all the votes were counted? Why did they not publish only the facts, being that the votes were still not all counted, buffoon Trump was calling fraud and was launching multiple court challenges?

In spite of his long tirade, Robert T. Rock himself agrees with Foster when he states, “It is the duty (for the media) to explain what is happening in politics”.

Correct, Robert T. Rock. Foster is correct in every sense — end of story!
