Evil from man hurting man

Evil from man hurting man

I volunteer at a farm twice a week. I wrote this Tuesday morning, June 2, 2020.

We are told to soar as eagles. They look majestic soaring above the farm. They are a part of Mother Nature. They are not evil, but they are predators. Survival of the fittest. (Chicken theology 101)

COVID-19 came from nature, one gets it not because of sin, but they came in contact with someone who has it. It is not evil. When you ask, God can heal, but He decides who is healed. He is not a puppet we control. To me evil comes from man hurting man. Jesus says, I am to be a peacemaker, focus on love and humility.

Last night I saw the president walk from the White House to the church and stick my Bible in the air. He didn’t read from it. It was a prop. He knew what he was doing, including the halt an hour before when the demonstrators were gassed to get them away from the front of the church. I guess I am to pray for him, but I will pray he doesn’t get shot and leave the rest up to God.
