Cyclists must be held accountable for actions
My heart goes out to Mr. Bierman following the untimely death of his wife.
I can’t believe or understand how there is no other charges against the cyclist in her death.
Running a red light is a decision to disobey the law.
If this had happened to someone driving a car, would it be the same out come?
I think not.
We must hold cyclists accountable for their actions! If we don’t, there will be more of these situations causing unnecessary accidents, and more loss of life.
We can not have the law be interpreted, depending on your mode of transportation.
