CDH full of KELPies

Following a recent medical procedure at the Cowichan District Hospital, I wish to share my belief with your readers that the hospital staff are complete KELPies. They are Kind, Efficient, Light-Hearted and Professional.

Just as the kelp plays an essential role in our ocean ecosystem, our local KELPies play an equally essential role in our local community. My appreciation goes out to you all.
