Passed away peacefully at his home in Lake Cowichan, BC on Sunday, July 24, 2005. He was born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan on March 4, 1938. Neil is survived by his children: Shannon Grill of Regina, Saskatchewan, Karen (Neil) Merrick of Youbou, BC and Kathy (Fred) Neuffer of Youbou, BC. He is also survived by his three grandchildren:
Stephen Merrick, Andrea Merrick and Karlene Neuffer. At his request, there will be no formal service. If so desired, memorial remembrances may be made to the Cowichan and District S.P.C.A., 7550 Bell-McKinnon Road, Duncan, BC, V9L 6B1.
