It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our Mom, Lois.
She was predeceased by her dear husband Al, sister Ruth, brother Al, mother Bessie, father Les, brothers-in-law Chuck and Steve and sisters-in-law Mandy and Ida. Lovingly remembered by her son Ken, daughter-in-law Laurel, relatives Mike and June as well as several extended family and special friends.
Lois thoroughly enjoyed her ceramics. She loved teaching her classes, starting out first in the basement and then expanding the business to the garage when she and Al moved into their new home. It was there where she taught her weekly classes, meeting so many long time friends. For several years many special gifts were turned out for Christmas and other special occasions, each piece finished with love.
A celebration of Lois’s life will be held at the Lions Club on May 9, 2009 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made the charity of your choice.
