On Saturday, November 3, 2007, Lavinia Shepherd, a longtime resident of Lake Cowichan passed away at 89 at her residence after a brief illness. She is predeceased by her husband Norm and her sisters and brother. She will be missed by her nieces, nephews, and many friends. There will be no service by request. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Sands Funeral Chapel.
