Crawford, James Robert - August 19, 1947 -February 8, 2004 Sammy died at CDH after a long illness. Survived by his partner Nancy Skein, daughter Laurel Crawford (Troy Fleming), granddaughter Robin Fleming and sister Diane Koch. Predeceased by his son Rob. No service or flowers by his request. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
