It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our sweet angel, Ethel May Leverington. Ethel was born February 8, 1915 in Brandon, Manitoba and passed away peacefully on October 1, 2009 at Chemainus Health Care Centre at the age of 94 years.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Albert and eldest son Robert. Surviving her are Tina (her cat), son Ronald; daughter Judi (Ron); sister Martha; brother Jim; daughter-in-law Hilda; grandchildren Lisa (Travis), Rhonda; great grandchildren Brad, Brandon, Kim (Rob), Shai-lyn, Ava and Griffin; great-great grandchildren Aasha and Scottie; numerous step-grandchildren, nieces nephews and cousins.
Her smiling eyes and warm friendly embrace will be sadly missed by all. May she rest in peace in the arms of the Angels.
Funeral Service will be held at First Memorial Funeral Services 375 Brae Road, Duncan on Friday, October 9, 2009 at 11:00 am followed by interment in Mountain View Cemetery.
