Julie passed away on December 29, 2009 at Wexford Creek Care Home in Nanaimo, B.C.
Predeceased by her husband Len and brother Don. Survived by her children Pauline (Dave) Thompson, Lake Cowichan; Larry (Janet) Griffiths, Armstrong; Norman (Marlene) Griffiths, Watson Lake; and Penny (Wayne) Stoner, Agassiz. There are many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will miss her smile and quick wit.
At Mum’s request a “Freedom Party” will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at 1 p.m. at the home of Pauline and Dave Thompson, 226 Grants Lake Road, Lake Cowichan.
