One person was sent to hospital in serious condition after a single-vehicle accident on Youbou Road on the afternoon of Feb. 7.
BC Emergency Health Services is reporting that it received a call at 2:46 p.m. on Sunday about the accident in the 10,000 block of Youbou Road.
One ground and one air ambulance, which is based in Nanaimo, were dispatched to the scene.
The patient was transported by air ambulance to hospital.
