Police are asking for help in identifying the suspect in a robbery at a Duncan pharmacy in January.

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP officers responded to a call on Jan. 8 at 12:24 p.m. about a theft and assault at a pharmacy in the 300 block of the Trans-Canada Highway in Duncan. They were told that as two staff members spoke with a suspected shoplifter in the store, the suspect used a piece of glass to cut both employees. The female suspect fled the area while police were on their way, and the staff members were treated for minor injuries.
