Ray Bourassa received the Long Service Award for his 25 yeras of service with the Lake Cowichan Fire Department. The award was presented by fire chief Doug Knott at hte awards ceremony last Monday evening.

Steve Vatcher received an Exemplar Service Medal for his service to the Lake Cowichan Volunteer Fire Department.

Ray Bourassa and Steve Johnson each received Long Service Awards for 25 years of service on the Lake Cowichan Volunteer Fire Department.

The awards ceremony took place on the evening of Oct. 6 at the Lake Cowichan Fire Hall, and the awards were presented by Fire Chief Dough Knott.
