Lake Cowichan’s Michael Letson has won almost $37,000 playing Sports Action’s Toto on Nov. 9.

A chaotic week 10 of the National Football League season, featuring a number of upset victories, worked in favour of Letson.

In fact, Letson and three other B.C. Toto players were the only ones to match 11 of the 13 games to split the $147,530 pot.

“I was in my kitchen when I found out that I had won, and I tried not to choke on my coffee while I checked the ticket,” said Letson.

Sports Action Toto, which is governed by the rules and regulations of the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, is a way to play Sports Action where you make multiple predictions on the outcomes of 13 games and can win multiple prizes.

Toto is the most basic of any Sports Action game but has some of the biggest payouts.
