Explore the wonder of watercolours at Cowichan artist's studio

Art lovers are invited to see the new works of Cowichan Valley watercolourist Jennifer Lawson who will be hosting her Spring Open Studio on April 26 and 27 from 10 to 5 p.m., inside her original log home located at 1516 Khenipsen Rd. in Duncan.  

Lawson, who has been drawing inspiration from the Cowichan Valley for the last 35 years, will have a lot of eye candy on display from art cards, to prints and canvasses, and will be offering 30 per cent off all of her original pieces for the month of April.

Stop by for a chat and pick Lawson's creative brain, or simply just pick up one of her creative works: there are many familiar buildings and landmarks to be recognized in her collection. There will be free art cards gifted to every visitor, and whether it is a gift to yourself, or someone else be sure to inquire about Lawson's upcoming watercolour workshops.
