Berry Music Company is presenting an exciting lineup at Osborne Bay Pub during April. Check out this list, and plan your month now.
First up is the Renovation Blues Band, on Friday, April 5, starting at 8 p.m.
This group is an ongoing project dedicated to presenting high-energy live blues music with conviction. RBB brings together various upbeat blues styles to get you moving to the groove. If your soul could use some renovation, this is the show for you.

The first feature act for April is the Brandon Isaak Trio, which takes the stage on April 6, and starts at 8 p.m.
Brandon Isaak is a two-time Juno nominee and has won and been nominated for many Maple Blues Awards. He combines a firebrand style of guitar with stirring vocals in real, crowd-pleasing style.
Isaak is joined by his long time friend Pat Darcus on the upright bass, a world class player, on the scene for more than 30 years. Originally from Victoria, Darcus has had the chance to play with Duke Robillard, R.L. Burnside, Mighty Sam MacLain and Mick Taylor from The Rolling Stones, been part of many award-winning records and has toured all over North America.
The third member of this power trio is Charles (Chip) Hart from Nashville. His professional career began when touring Europe, Africa and North America with the U.S. Navy Band.
Together the three are amongst the top blues musicians in the country and have an honest and unique sound that they call the New West Coast Sound. Audiences love them and they never disappoint!

By April 12, it’s Michael Demers, who comes to Crofton on Friday, April 12 starting at 7 p.m.
Renowned singer/songwriter Michael Demers performs solo, presenting favourite classics and indie hits.
Based out of Victoria, he is currently touring Canada as the lead singer in the hugely successful Roy Orbison tribute, The Lonely. Demers has shared the stage with musicians such as Leon Russell, The Posies, The Odds, and The Pursuit of Happiness.

The duo of Deborah Pitre and Ken Ermter brings harmony to the stage on Saturday, April 20 starting at 8 p.m. There’s no cover for this show.
With a wide repertoire of known classics, these two are always a crowd pleaser. Pitre has established her fine career as a well received recording artist and Ermter has his own successful music company; blending their knowledge together, their shows are always on point.

Big Pacific: the boys are back on Friday, April 26 starting at 8 p.m.
Nip along to Crofton and say hey to Nick Dokter, Roly Sandoval, Gavin Dixon and their fabulous new band member, the seriously talented John Hannah rocking the keys. He brings an incredible musical history, playing throughout the years with Bryan Adams, Heart, and Tina Turner. Big Pacific wears its influences proudly; listeners will be reminded of a gamut of ’70s music, from Cream to Little Feat and even Huey Lewis and the News. Enjoy!

April’s second feature act is The County Line, with full band, on April 27 starting at 8 p.m.
Hailing from Victoria, The County Line duo is known for vocal harmonies, high energy performances, and captivating on-stage chemistry. You’ll enjoy singer/songwriters Megan Johns and Hayden Cyr, as have music fans before you at Sunfest and the Rockin’ River Music Fest.
The County Line has been making friends during opening slots for international artists including Dierks Bentley, Dallas Smith, and The Band Perry, as well as direct opening act performances for Brett Kissel, George Canyon, The Washboard Union, Aaron Goodvin and The Chris Buck Band.
Their debut self titled EP was released internationally in spring 2017 and featured two singles that garnered airplay at Canadian Country radio: ‘Always Got Time’ and ‘Backyard Mexico’. Songs from this EP have also been licensed and featured on Hallmark Network’s hit international TV series Chesapeake Shores. Songs ‘Always Got Time’ and ‘Mary’ were used onscreen with the band making special appearances as performing artists on screen.
Five years since their start, the duo has refined their music and performances at over 550 shows. They are currently in the studio working on a follow up single to their debut EP, and are incredibly excited about what 2019 will bring.
