Lake Cowichan Christian Fellowship Church’s Youth Explosion youth group is set to have some fun times this year.

The May long weekend will see a group of kids go to Abbotsford to attend a History Maker event. Then, in late August or early September, the group is heading out to Playland in Vancouver.

Next summer, they hope to go even further, for a missions trip.

“I’m not sure where we’re going, but we’ll figure it out,” youth pastor Joseph Bott said.

The Youth Explosion group meets every Friday at 7 p.m. at the Lake Cowichan Christian Fellowship Church.
