Families thronged the streets of Downtown Duncan on Saturday morning, Oct. 27 for the annual Spooktacular.
Members of the DBIA invited trick or treaters and their parents to stroll along the sidewalks from 10 a.m. to noon, with the kids picking up candies along the way and the adults enjoying the lovely fall weather, the lively atmosphere of this large and safe daytime event.
