Queen Margaret’s School held their Speech Day (convocation) with 15 graduates on site with their families, while live streaming around the world for international graduates and families to join the celebration on June 25, 2020. Students then enjoyed an intimate Garden Party Prom on June 26 on campus (also approved by VIHA).
Big award winners this year included Maxine Creery, who earned the Governer General’s Award, The Spirit of QMS Award, the Cantabile Shield, and the Leggatt Trophy. Other big winners were Muskaan Rai (Jan Green All Round Excellence in Sports Trophy, Barnes Shield for Science, Head’s Award), Skye Koyote (Progress Award, Servite Fortiter Cup), Ethel Yu (Mutter Cup), Hailey Gascoigne (Endeavour Cup), Ann Jin (Progress Award) and Sierra Compton (Without Effort There is No Reward Trophy).
