With a bit of a cloudy start to the day, the sun came out to shine bright for the 115th annual Cobble Hill Fair on Saturday, Aug. 24.
Hundreds upon hundreds of people of all ages came out to the annual fair, and whether you were a regular attendee, or a first timer there was so much to enjoy.
There were tons of terrific tractor displays, a chance to see blacksmiths in action, and the opportunity to go up, up and away in a crane to get a bird's eye view of the festivities. There were plenty of food trucks to get your tasty fair feast on, and all of the political parties were out with booths set up to hob-knob with the masses.
The three halls had dynamite displays for all to see, and there was even an opportunity to try one's hand at some spinning and weaving, tons of kiosks selling all kinds of goods and wares, and all the farm animals from poultry, to cows and miniature donkeys stole hearts.
There was no shortage of smiles on what turned out to be a beautiful day of family and friends coming out to support this annual tradition that has been creating good times community for well over a century.
