The Mill Bay Baptist Fellowship has two upcoming programs that they invite people in the Cowichan Valley to sign up for.
The first is called Freedom Session, which begins Oct. 14 on Zoom at 7 p.m.
Freedom Session is designed to help people who are struggling with a variety of issues in their lives.
“Freedom has been used with people from every walk of life, every economic level and virtually every area of struggle. Freedom Session is a place to be heard, a place to feel loved and a place to find healing,” the church says.
To participate, email your address to firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a $25 fee for books, but bursaries are available.
The second program is GriefShare.
It is starting Oct. 13 at 1 p.m. also on Zoom.
“GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences,” the church says. “You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.”
There is also a $25 book fee for this program, and bursaries are also available for this one as well.
