Lake Cowichan Secondary School was full of fashionably dressed students, Friday, May 27, during their fashion show fund-raiser event for Japan.

With this year’s earthquake in Japan, centred around Lake Cowichan Secondary School’s sister school in Sendai, Japan, students banded together to help raise money for their Japanese friends.

Various Cowichan Valley businesses chipped in their wears for students to model during the show.

Humourously emceed by student Juliana Pool, the show opened with a dance routine to a Lady Gaga song, fronted by Jordyn Wear, followed by many students’ fashionable walks down the catwalk.
