March Meadows Senior Men
The Tuesday, August 30, meeting of the March Meadows Senior Men saw an unusually great turnout and the usual great round of golf.
The closest to the hole (KPs) this week went to Frank Fraser on number one and Don Cochrane on number seven.
There were enough birdies scored this week to qualify as a flock.
Jug Kalar, Earl La Forge and Frank Fraser each sunk two.
Singles were holed by Jerry Janzen, Don Cochrane, Daryl Proulx and Jim Peterson.
Jack Ringheim sank the only chip-in par and Mike Morgan the only sand save.
Low Gross went to Earl La Forge and low net to Jug Kalar.
The barrel is getting cocky again and if it had a nose I'm sure it would be thumbing it.
