Duncan cherry trees in full bloom

Spring has sprung

One sure sign of spring in Duncan is when the cherry trees along Canada Avenue begin to blossom.

The trees are in full bloom right now, and they bring great colour to the downtown area.

For some reason, the cheery trees seem to be about two weeks ahead of last year in their blossoming, even though the weather has just recently started to change for the better.

The iconic cherry blossoms will only be there for a short time before they wither and fall to the ground in pink flurries, so go see them while you still can, or check out our attached video.
