Viaduct would improve business through TCH corridor
Re: “Bypass, viaduct not feasible options for Duncan traffic”, (Citizen, July 28).
He says a viaduct would adversely affect the businesses along the existing TCH but it would improve their business. An overpass would pretty much leave the present THC in place except for centre supports or arches along the way. As is, many avoid the area because of the through traffic.
Also it may allow parking along present THC.
