Minimum wage hurting Walmart and Superstore

B.C. has a unqualified premier. Why? He raises the minimum wage without ever doing his research. Present minimum wage is $13.85 per hour and add in 35 per cent of benefits all paid by the employer, the hourly rate is now $18.70 per hour. Raising minimum wage creates less hours of work, layoffs, and no more hiring of new employees. Why? I have to line up now at retail stores such as Walmart and Real Canadian Superstore to pay for my purchases because there are now less cashiers working. Thanks for nothing, John Horgan. Unbelievable!
