FUNNELL,“Chief” Frederick Passed away in Nanaimo Hospital on April 24, 2004. Born in Toronto, Ontario, March 26, 1921. Predeceased by daughter Adrienne, he leaves to mourn his loving wife Ruth of 56 years, son, Ken (Leela), son-in-law Steven and two grandchildren: Peter and Stephanie, also many relatives and friends. There will be an open house on Saturday, May 8, 2004 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm to celebrate Fred’s life, at 615 Nash Place, Ladysmith, B.C.
