Mcarthur,Arthur Stewart-Born in Dundurn,Sask. on June 5,1920. Art passed away in the Cowichan District Hospital on March 1, 2004. Predeceased by his mother (Gladys), father (Archibald), and his brother Jack.
Has left behind his loving wife, Nellie; three sons, Russell (Vickie), Cecil (Denise), and Arnold (Rose). His adored grandchildren Shane, Ryan, Jennifer, Adrian, Richard, Casey, Evan and Justin; his siblings Thelma Mattson, Jessie (Jack) Shillington, Colleen Boyd, Joyce (Alfie) Friesen, Kathy Lachmanec, and Vernon (Dianna) McArthur; and many neices and nephews.
The past 53 years Art has been happily married and raised a fun loving family in Honeymoon Bay, BC. Had a passion for birds, especially his pigeons, now has been given his own set of wings. Will be greatly missed by friends and family who will always remember him for his great sense of humor and kindness.
