Mainroad South Island Contracting LP has issued a notice of expected road delays for South Shore Road for the installation of new culverts.
Motorists can expect single lane traffic on a four-kilometre stretch of South Shore Road, south west of Lake Cowichan towards Mesachie Lake, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Aug. 23-24.
Delays of up to 20 minutes are expected.
